You can’t get a taste of Sweden without trying out Swedish meatballs. A Swedish meatball, or köttbullar, differs from other kinds of meatballs because they are smaller balls coated in warm spices, gravy and usually eaten with a toothpick. There are some minor arguments between Swedes about how many spices to use or whether to add gravy, but Meatballs for the People is the best place to put those arguments to rest. It has a strong focus on serving ecologically sound and high quality meat, whilst also providing an unusually wide variety of meats including rooster, moose, ox, two types of pork, boar, vegetarian, salmon, turkey and rain-deer.
