Enter into what looks like a house and walk to the basement: you’ll find the eponymous Trisha holding the fort in this drinking den that’s been about since the 1940s. Ask for a spirit and a mixer and they’ll sort you with an unpretentious glass like you’re at house party. It’s £2 entry on Friday and Saturday evenings.
