The original horchata (tiger nut milk) bar, Sirvent was founded in 1920 by Tomás Sirvent. And it’s one of the best places to try out this curious, sweet delicacy. Barcelona’s favourite one – along with Tio Che in Poblenou – it’s supposed to be the thickest and richest of all. And if you're greedy enough, order a “Cubano” (horchata with an ice cream scoop on it).
