NRVS LVRS (pronounced "Nervous Lovers")

Is the dreamy darkwave project of the couple Andrew Gomez and Bevin Fernandez. As a musical influence, the two include Massive Attack, Can and Kate Bush, but their music also lets you feel elements of a biting electro-pop à la The Knife, Bat for Lashes or Crystal Castles. Fernandez's bright, angel-like voice, supported by Gomez's languishing bass, floats softly over layers of ominous synth sounds, powerful guitars and precise percussion. The result is fascinating electro-sound worlds.
In San Francisco, Gomez and Fernandez have lived since their birth; As NRVS LVRS, they have been in existence since 2014. If they are not on stage, they like to browse through the old records of the legendary Amoeba record store and support the artist scene of the San Francisco Bay Area. In 2015, her debut LP The Golden West appeared on the label Breakup Records, which was praised by the local city magazine SF Weekly with the words "dark and opaque, with a rough layer, which only partially concealed the pop in the heart of the songs". NRVS LVRS have already performed as a backing for acts such as Jagwar Ma and Telekinesis and have earned overflowing praise from PopMatters and Noisy. In the summer of 2016 they recorded new music in the Jackpot! Studio in Portland with sound engineer Larry Crane and released their second album Electric Dread on June 30,
