Full Time Reception Supervisor

YOU MUST

YOU WILL:
  • Report to the Management Team 
  • With the FOH Mangement support and lead a great front of house team.
  • Take ownership of the guest journey to ensure that we create a truly unique Generator experience.
  • Ensure that your team know your city and are responsive to all guest requests
  • Ensure you and your team comply with all company policies you have been trained on, which include Fire Training and Health & Safety and Food Hygiene
  • Be Responsible for all cash handling whilst you are on duty
  • As a front office supervisor you are responsible for the smooth process at the reception. Together with the front of house manager, you set up your team, work with your employees and take care of constant support, training and motivation.
  • You will support the manager to coordinate the day and night shift and are a link to security. 
 
YOU ARE:
  • Experienced at a supervisory level within a front office hospitality environment
  • You are a teamplayer with hands-on mentality.
  • You work structured and time-efficient.
  • You have completed an apprenticeship as a hotel specialist and have already gained a professional experience in a similar position in the hotel industry.
  • Fluent in English & French is desirable
  • Passionate for delivering excellent customer service
  • Conversant in at least one Property Management System
