  • Lead all F&B outlets (Roof Terrace, Bar, Restaurant) including kitchen
  • Build, lead and inspire a great team of people that get Generator and want to be themselves
  • Know your customers, KNOW millennials
  • Work late nights and love every minute of it
  • Know, live and move in the local bar and restaurant scene
  • Plan, contract and execute events programming to create a great vibe
  • Be part of our local PR and social engagement strategy to drive local footfall
  • Negotiate with the right suppliers to obtain best quality, price and discounts
  • Know and respect your employees’ rights
  • Exceed the budgeted departmental P&L and be commercially savvy in exploring new revenue streams
  • Control payroll and all cost of sales with a strict and robust stock management system
  • Know all statutory legislation and ensure Health&Safety, Fire Safety and Food Hygiene compliance.
  • Communicate effectively so that the team understands its goals and is motivated to achieve them
  • Ensure  that there is always a responsible person (duty manager) onsite
  • The right experience in food & beverage
  • Complete fluency in English
  • A passion for trending Food and Drink concepts in your city and elsewhere
