  • Report to the Head of Revenue Management and work closely with the commercial team
  • Participate in the process of delivering the annual sales & marketing plan
  • Analyse data to support the development of winning revenue management strategies
  • Help develop global standards for revenue management reporting
  • Deliver weekly, monthly and annual reports, or any ad hoc reports, subject to management guidelines
  • Forecast market demand and provide supporting commentary to the management
  • Monitor the interface between RMS and PMS, and report any findings to the revenue team
  • Manage all distribution channels and their connectivity to PMS via channel manager
  • Liaise with the IT team to ensure PMS configuration is in line with approved standards
  • Provide financial analysis of market segmentation and distribution mix
  • Be commercially savvy in exploring new distribution channels and technology partners for Generator
  • Take the initiative to proactively adapt strategy and tactics in changing market conditions
  • Highly organised and a creative and forward thinking problem solver
