What’s the job?
With a strong background in Leisure Sales, as a Regional Key Accounts Manager for Generator you must be fully well versed to manage key accounts within the territory including but not limited to wholesale tour operators, group agents, direct groups, tourism offices, student youth groups, associations and event’s organisers.
Your purpose will be to take responsibility for the overall revenue by focusing on sales growth through client development and pro-active sales follow ups. You will be flexible and driven to seek out all potential sales opportunities and turn them into an active revenue source.

NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB
  • Manage a portfolio of global key accounts, maximising opportunities for all Generator properties
  • Pro-actively seek out, take ownership and continually deliver new business opportunities across key market segments
  • Build long term, commercially beneficial relationships within your market
  • Understand, develop and follow company and sales specific practices
  • Spend  time with customers supporting their accommodation, F&B and event needs
  • Represent the company at key industry events
  • Report in a timely, consistent and professional manner on account and personal performance
  • Collect, review, analyse market and revenue data in order to plan and execute strategic plans
  • Plan, organise and manage a proactive and efficient business sales calendar
Please note this role requires travel within the region and surrounding regions depending on business needs.

  • Good communication skills with the ability to communicate well at all levels
  • Hands-on attitude, with attention to detail
  • You must be eligible to work in the EU to be considered for this role
 YOUR ROCK STAR EXPERIENCE
  • Experienced in the hospitality leisure market (resort or leisure destination) in a similar role
  • Knowledgeable of the local markets
