Venice Opening Party – Kitsune Club Night
Our Venetian masterpiece is having it’s opening party! The night will be hosted by none other than Kitsuné, both a music and fashion label, started by Gildas Loaëc, Masaya Kuroki and the company ’Åbäke’ back in 2002.
They’ll be DJ’s to do a little dance to, tasty food to tuck into and our brand new hostel to wonder at. With an incredible setting looking out onto the water, our Venice Hostel couldn’t be more perfect for this one off exclusive night. The drinks will be flowing and DJ’s Gildas, Jerry Bouthier, His Majesty Andre and Lorcan Mak will be playing till the early hours of the morning with juicy tunes to get lost in.

The head honcho of the Franco-Japanese label Kitsuné helps to present today the artists that will matter tomorrow. Gildas’s A&R flair has contributed to launching the careers of Digitalism, Friendly Fires, Hot Chip, Two Door Cinema Club, Klaxons, La Roux, The Drums and a lot more! Celebrating the label’s 10th anniversary this year, Gildas produced this fall his two first remixes, one stunning remix of Sun, second single from Two Door Cinema Club new album ‘Beacon’ and a breathtaking remix of True Romance from Citizens! His Debut album is titles ‘Here We Are’.
About His Majesty Andre
In his own words “Nothing is created, nothing is destroyed, everything is transformed” . His Majesty has just released his second EP on Cheap Thrills called “Battle of the Spurs”, which inculdes Spades and BBQ Sauce. His most recent single, “Untitled vinyl”, was released on the 23rd of May.
About Jerry Bouthier
Jerry Bouthier plays a mix of electro, disco, pop rock and balearic. Although he was Paris born he came to London and fell in love with the city. He has connections with Vivienne Westwood, Kitsuné, BoomBox/Ponystep which have contributed to him being seen across the London, Paris, Milan and Tokyo scene.
About Lorcan Mak
Since gaining the title of ‘Best up & Coming DJ back at the 2010 Irish Dance Music Awards, Lorcan has made quality house tracks which have been adopted by by the likes of Laidback Luke and Laurent Garnier. He’s played at Electric Picnic Festival and Oxygen Festival up against well known DJ’s Mr Scruff and Jack Beats and has begun work on his own label ‘Stay Hungry Records’.
This special night is going to be a big one and we just can’t wait!
