Astrid will take you under her flexible wing and show you the ropes of how to clear your mind. Make room in that head of yours to contemplate new experiences. Trust us you’ll be going back again and again once you start. This stuff is addictive.

About Astrid and her yoga methods
I am a world citizen. I love to travel and explore new places, new ways of living and I really enjoy sharing with other people what I find meaningful in life. Yoga is one of those things! I have been doing yoga for about four years and been teaching Flow-yoga since February 2013.
In yoga, I find my inner peace and can detach from the stress of everyday life. In class we work on techniques to improve awareness and make you feel your physical and spiritual body.
I have been trained in Iyengar Yoga, but teach Flow-yoga because I enjoy letting go of the body, and letting the movements become a floating meditation.
Yoga helps you regain your balance. Both the physical balance and the spiritual balance. It gives you an understanding of the body and the soul. Yoga is a space where we can put thoughts aside and focus on who we are and how we feel. Learning how to use your breath to find peace in a stressful yoga-pose is very useful in a busy life, where you need to look inward to find peace in stressful situations. As a beginner as well as experienced, it is a great joy to feel the body advancing and becoming more and more comfortable in the poses. It’s a victory every time you find yourself in a pose that you were not able to do three weeks ago.
