Friday nights: Trad Rock’s presents ‘céad míle fáilte’ a hundred thousand welcomes..
The synonymous fiddle player Alan Mac, rolls open the green carpet in Generator Dublin on Friday evenings, early doors. Drop the bags off in the room, do the gruaig (hair) and pop down for the bar for the first taste of the black stuff. As God blessed us with two hands why not follow it up with an Irish tradition of a short of whiskey to complete the true Irish experience.
Music will play from 6pm-8pm.
It is not all trad, fiddles and bodhrans in Dublin so Dublin Generator are proud to present ‘Well Known’. A collection of extremely talented and trend setting Dj’s. Dublin is immersed in music and ‘Well Known’ are the purveyors of hip hop, funk and soul. Vibe is chilled, relaxed and comfortable. It is a great opportunity to meet with some locals and a perfect warm up for the madness of Dublin city. When you have filled your gut with Guinness and snack boxes feel free to ramble back to Generator Dublin for the ‘sip before bedtime’ as our bar stays open for residents till 4am.
Music from 8pm-4am.
After walking the cobbled streets of Temple Bar, having the craic and meeting the locals, Noho provides the perfect environment to sit back relax and listen to quality tunes. Steve Reddy the man behind promoting young up and coming bands in Ireland through the Hard Working Class Hero’s Festival, curates a night of indie, alt rock and remixes of classic tunes.
Music from 7pm-12am.
