Generator Residency Finalists
The Generator Residency Program was set up to support artists through the use of our spaces, resources and to provide a platform to showcase their work. As the residencies take place inside Generator properties, they allow artists to both create and present their work in a welcoming, accessible and unpretentious environment. In turn, we hope the presence of these projects will enrich the creative and dynamic spirit of our hostels.
The first residency has already been launched in Berlin Mitte with local collective, “Urban Art Clash” taking over the downstairs exhibition space to curate as they see fit. The exhibitions are free for guests staying at Generator and open to the public.
Entrants have been submitting their work for the Venice residency over the last few weeks. The judges have made their decisions and here is a first look at the finalists for each residency:
